Cluster Editor utilities
Overview
To add and remove servers in a UNICOM Intelligence cluster, use the Cluster Editor utilities:
ServerConfig.exe: A console application for collecting server role information and updating the server (if necessary) based on the cluster configuration.
ClusterEditor.exe: A console application for command line or programmatic use.
ClusterEditorUI.exe: A desktop application that provides a user interface.
You can use either the ClusterEditor.exe or the ClusterEditorUI.exe editor when you prepare a cluster server (you do not need to use both).
You can download these utilities from the UNICOM Support portal.
Installation locations
On the primary cluster server
The utilities are in:
[INSTALL_FOLDER]\IBM\SPSS\DataCollection\<version>\Interviewer Server Administration\
You can access ClusterEditorUI.exe by using: Start Menu > UNICOM Intelligence > Accessories.
On non-primary servers
Only ServerConfig.exe is installed.
