User administration
Creates users and assigns passwords to them, creates roles and assigns users to roles, and allows or denies users and roles access to projects, activities, and activity features. See User administration for details.
Example
The following roles have been defined:
DPMAdmins. Created during installation. Members of this role have unrestricted access to all aspects of UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin.
AllProjects. Members of this role are allowed access to all projects.
Authors. Members of this role are allowed access to questionnaire design and development activities.
Analysts. Members of this role are allowed access to analysis and data export activities.
ClientA. Members of this role are allowed access to projects developed for client A.
ClientB. Members of this role are allowed access to projects developed for client B.
Internal users could be placed in the AllProjects, Authors, and Analysts roles to allow full access to all projects.
Executives could be placed in the AllProjects and Analysts roles to allow access to data for all projects.
Employees of client A could be placed in the ClientA and Analysts roles to allow access to analysis and data export activities for client A projects.
Employees of client B could be placed in the ClientB and Analysts roles to allow access to analysis and data export activities for client B projects.
