Settings for the Phone Participants activity
Settings in the Phone Participants Web.config file control the following aspects of telephone interviewing:
▪the port number and web protocols to use
▪which player to use
▪which interviewer session engines to use
▪the URL of the image cache and the local image cache
▪the frequency with which project properties held in the project cache are refreshed
▪the frequency with which to check the state of calls connected by an autodialer
▪the appointment scheduling interval
▪the modem name or type to use for modem dialing
▪the order in which to display interviewer comments
▪whether the appointment time is shown in UTC or Server time
▪change the order of fields in the Participant areas.
