Adding and removing languages
To add a language to an .mdd file
1 In MDM Label Manager, open the file you want to edit and click the Languages tab. Any languages already defined for the .mdd file are displayed in the list.
2 Click Add. The Add Language dialog appears.
3 Select a language. If required, define alternatives for the language. Click OK.
4 Save the file.
To remove a language from an .mdd file
Note that you cannot remove a language if it is set as the default language. If you want to remove the default language you must first change the default to another language.
1 In MDM Label Manager, open the file you want to edit and click the Languages tab.
2 Highlight the language you want to remove in the list.
3 Click Remove. The language is removed from the list of available languages in the .mdd file.
Caution: Removing a language from the .mdd file permanently deletes all content for that language.
4 Save the file.
