When Kerberos is enabled, run setspn.exe on the domain controller to associate the HTTP service on the IIS computer with an anonymous user account.
setspn.exe -A HTTP/DCServerName.domain.com AnonymousUserAccount
setspn.exe -A HTTP/DCServerName AnonymousUserAccount
