UNICOM Intelligence Reporter integration with IBM SPSS Collaboration and Deployment Services
UNICOM Intelligence Reporter supports the integration of table documents (.mtd files), by using .mtz packages, in Deployment Portal. Table document files (.mtd) are supported as valid report types in Deployment Portal.
Table document (.mtd) integration example
The following example illustrates table document (.mtd) integration with Deployment Portal.
1 In UNICOM Intelligence Reporter, store an open table document (.mtd) file to a IBM SPSS Collaboration and Deployment Services in the Store to Repository feature: click File > Store to Repository.
2 Start Deployment Portal and populate the .mtd file that was stored in the previous step, by using the MTD Report Options dialog. Use Ctrl + click to select individual tables.
The user credentials used to access the .mtd report must have the proper permissions to access the metadata and case data on the execution server. If the proper permissions are not assigned, the report might not be able to populate successfully.
3 View the populated report in Deployment Portal.
A corresponding report file is created in the .mtz package after the report is populated for the .mtd file. For example, if the .mtz package is named household.mtz, after its report is populated, a corresponding report file named household.mtz.populate.result.html is generated and stored in the repository.
