Exporting users, roles, and permissions
To make it easier to check which who is a member of each role and which permissions and qualifications each user or role, you can export the information to a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet has the same format as the one that you create for importing users: see Setting up the spreadsheet.
1 In the tree, select the appropriate customer account. If you are not using customer accounts, select the System account.
2 Click Files > Export.
UNICOM Intelligence creates the file, and then opens the File Download dialog.
3 Do one of the following:
To open the file, click Open.
To save the file, click Save, and then choose where you want to save it. The default location and name is:
UsersAndRole<Year><Month><Date><Hour><Minute><Second><randomvalue>.xlsx
4 Click OK.
Opening the exported file in Microsoft Excel
Exported files are saved with the .xlsx extension (supported in Excel 2007 and later). To open .xlsx files in Excel 2003, you must install the appropriate Microsoft Office Service Pack: see the Microsoft article, “How to open new file formats in earlier versions of Microsoft Office”:
