Conducting an interview
The interview starts after the interviewer is able to persuade the respondent. Interaction with the dialer at this point is limited to recalling if an accidental hang up occurs; recording questions or sections of the interview; and playing audio files to retrieve the respondent’s reaction.
The 3rd party dialer’s Dialer object and current extension name are available to the interview script, allowing you to script interaction with the current Dialer and extension based on what a particular dialer supports. For more information, see Interactive Voice Response interviews.
