Completing an interview
When the interview is completed, the sample record is returned similarly to when the interviewer selected a return code. At this point, the interviewer might select to review the interview or might be required to review the interview (depending on the Interviewing Options settings).
Phone Participants either immediately calls IDialingProvider.Get to retrieve the next contact or waits for the interviewer to request another contact. If UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer is configured to automatically retrieve the next contact, the interviewer must clear Auto contact selection. This stops Phone Participants from automatically retrieving the next contact when the interviewer has completed their interaction with the current contact.
Clearing Auto contact selection does not result in a call into the dialing provider. It is not a request to remove the interviewer from the group at the current time. It is instead a request to stop the interviewer from being added back to the group after the next connected call. The interviewer cannot cancel the current request for contact. The interviewer must wait until a contact is returned, or until the interviewer wait time passes, before the Auto contact selection change is taken into account.
