You will need to install UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin to support third party dialers.

Setup a project for testing in order to use the Test tools. The MultiMode1 example provided with the UNICOM Intelligence Developer Documentation Library is an ideal example for initial testing. To setup the MultiMode1 example, read MultiMode1ReadMe.doc in:

This document also describes initial testing in Phone Participants. To setup and test the project, you need an UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin login (with permission to setup projects) and an interviewer login.
