Transferring a call
After a call has been connected, interviewers can transfer calls to another interview, if they have permission to do so. To request a transfer to another interviewer, click the Transfer Contact button.
There are two options for the dialing provider to support the call transfer feature:
▪A JavaScript user interface embedded in the Call Transfer dialog. This is referred to as the “call transfer widget”.
▪Implementing the IDialingProvider3 interface.
