Reading ANSI text in Quanvert Data
By default, the Quanvert DSC assumes that the Quanvert Database being read contains DOS/OEM characters. To specify that a database contains Windows/ANSI characters, add a file named qvansi.txt to the folder that contains the Quanvert project or multiproject. If qvansi.txt exists in the project folder, the Quanvert DSC assumes that the database contains Windows/ANSI characters. There is no need to add any text to qvansi.txt.
