UNICOM Intelligence WordCapture
Use UNICOM Intelligence WordCapture to create a Metadata Document (.mdd) file, also known as a Questionnaire Definition file, from any questionnaire written in Microsoft Word. You can specify the question type, the question name, and the question text all with a single keystroke. UNICOM Intelligence WordCapture works on any Microsoft Word document, so no special formatting is required.
UNICOM Intelligence WordCapture is included with the UNICOM Intelligence Data Model.
To open UNICOM Intelligence WordCapture
From the Windows Start menu, choose Programs > UNICOM Intelligence 7 > Accessories > WordCapture.
For help on using UNICOM Intelligence WordCapture, click Help > Instructions.
Depending on your version of UNICOM Intelligence Desktop (32-bit or 64-bit), you must install the matching (32-bit or 64-bit) version of Microsoft Office.
Previous versions of UNICOM Intelligence WordCapture
Previous versions of UNICOM Intelligence WordCapture hosted Microsoft Word by using the Internet Explorer browser component instead of hosting it directly. In some cases, that version opens in a new instance of Microsoft Word instead of the current instance; this means that you can only edit the document, and not capture anything from it.
