Granting permission to the project list's hierarchical features
The UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin project list can be displayed as a simple list of projects or it can contain folders that group similar or otherwise related projects. Folders cannot contain subfolders, so projects exist either at the top level or in a folder. Users can create a new project folder when they create a project, and can later move projects into folders (or back to the top level). Users can also rename or delete folders. Access to these facilities is optional, and is controlled by setting permissions using the User Administration activity.
To allow users to create new project folders, to move projects within the list, and to rename or delete folders, give them canManageFolders permission. Users without this permission can only choose an existing folder name of <Top level> to place the project at the top level of the hierarchy.
The hierarchical project list is only a display feature. It does not create a hierarchical structure on the disk. All projects are created in the user’s working folder (for example, in Users\ben\Projects) even if they are displayed as being in a folder in the project list.
