Session Monitoring component
The Session Monitoring component extracts auditing data from the various session tables in the mrUserData database. You can use it to obtain the following information:
▪who has logged in to UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin
▪who has used which activities
▪who has conducted telephone interviews
▪which supervisors have monitored interviewers
▪details about interviews that have taken place.
In UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin the session monitoring component is only used by the Interviewer Monitoring activity to pass information about an active interview to the supervisor's browser, but you can write your own applications that use it to provide other output.
