Cluster Editor utilities
Overview
The Cluster Editor utilities can be used for adding servers to, or removing servers from, a UNICOM Intelligence Server cluster. They are:
▪ServerConfig.exe: A console application for collecting server role information and updating the server (if necessary) based on the cluster configuration.
▪ClusterEditor.exe: A console application for command line or programmatic use.
▪ClusterEditorUI.exe: A desktop application that provides a simple user interface.
You can use either ClusterEditor.exe or ClusterEditorUI.exe when you prepare a cluster server (you do not need to use both).
Location
On the primary cluster server, the utilities are in:
[INSTALL_FOLDER]\IBM\SPSS\DataCollection\<version>\Interviewer Server Administration\
Access ClusterEditorUI.exe from Start Menu > UNICOM Intelligence 7 > Accessories.
On non-primary servers, only ServerConfig.exe is installed.
