Primary server Modify option

To use this method, you have to restart the primary server. If you do not want to disrupt active services and interviews, see Manually update files on the primary server.

1 Go through the pre-installation checklist for the new server.

2 On the primary servers, open the Windows Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs > UNICOM Intelligence > Change/Remove.

The Installation Wizard starts.

3 Select Modify. Enter the new server attributes (see Modifying an installation for more information).

4 After the installation is complete, restart the primary server.

5 From the new server, browse the network for the primary server's mrInterviewSiteInstallation directory, and then run the installation program from there.

The primary server's mrInterviewSiteInstallation directory must be configured for sharing.

6 After the installation is complete, restart the new server.
