Recording calls, interviews, and responses
When a project uses an autodialer, you can record calls made or interviews conducted by interviewers who are using dialer extensions. Recording is a good method of quality control, and it can also be used for training purposes for new interviewers. You can record:
The whole call from the moment the connection is passed to the interviewer. This is the default when recording is allowed.
The whole interview from the moment the interviewer clicks Start Interview. Use the RecordInterviewOnly project property to request this type of recording.
Individual questions. This type of recording can be automatic, so that recording starts when the question is displayed and stops when the interviewer navigates away from the question, or manual so that the interviewer clicks a button to start and stop recording.
