Adding an UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper command to a shortcut menu
1 From the Tools menu in Word, choose Customize.
The Customize dialog opens.
2 From the Save In list, select the mrPaper.dot template (or the mrScan.dot template if you are using UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Paper/Scan Add-on).
3 Click the Toolbars tab, and then select Shortcut Menus.
A Shortcut Menus toolbar opens.
4 Click the Commands tab.
5 From the Categories list, select Macros.
6 From the Commands list, select the macro that corresponds to the command you want to add.
7 From the Shortcut Menus toolbar, click the shortcut menu to which you want to add the command.
8 Drag the macro to the position that you want it in the shortcut menu.
The command appears in the shortcut menu under the macro name.
9 Right-click the macro name on the menu, and enter the correct name for the command.
10 Click Close.
