Survey panel
Without samples project
The Survey panel is the only panel that displays in the Live Interviewing window when a project does not include participant records. When you finish an interview, click New Case to start a new interview case; click Return to Case List to return to the Case List view.
With samples project
When a project includes participant records, you can perform these actions:
▪Start interview with existing sample: Participant records are retrieved for the interview. When the records are retrieved successfully, instructions display in the survey panel and notify you to either start a survey or exit the window. You can also close the survey panel by selecting a contact outcome from the left pane.
▪Start interview with a new sample: A participant survey starts before the regular survey. You can add a new participant record and then begin the regular interview (based on the newly added participants).
