Entering a Boolean response
A Boolean question allows for a keyed response to indicate True or False. The entry of this question type is similar to keying a
Single Categorical Response. A Boolean question cannot be entered with multiple responses; the response must be either
True or
False.
To enter a Boolean response
Do one of the following:
▪Type the keycode value in the Entry Panel, and then press Enter. The keycode value must match a value in the response list for the variable. See also
Resolving erroneous entries.
▪Click the response in the Response List Panel. The keycode for the selected response appears in the Entry Panel. Click Next in the Entry Panel.
