To make translation easier, populate text in templates with banners from the interview script, so that only the interview script requires localization, not the template.

When localization is required (for example, to localize an image, or use right-to-left text), use a language‑specific template. Language‑specific templates are supported by using language specific folders: see Localizing layout templates.
