Overview of the UNICOM Intelligence Reporter wizard creation process
Questionnaire wizards in UNICOM Intelligence Reporter work through the interaction of a target tables definition (.mtd) file and a wizard questionnaire definition (.mdd) file:
Target - The .mtd file where the results of the wizard will be inserted. From the user’s perspective, this is the file currently open in UNICOM Intelligence Reporter.
Wizard - The .mdd file that contains the wizard questions. When the user inserts a UNICOM Intelligence Reporter wizard item, questions from the Wizard .mdd prompt the user for information that is then used to modify the target .mtd.
To create a new UNICOM Intelligence Reporter wizard, you must create the Wizard, and then put it where UNICOM Intelligence Reporter users can access it.
