Case entry status labels
Each case, once created in Interviewer Console, is assigned a status label to indicate its progress in the entry process. The entry status label is a standard display field column in the Interviewer Console Case List. For more information, see Case List .
The entry status label that is applied to case depends on the case's data entry mode. For more information, see Entry modes.
Entry status labels for Live Interviewing cases
Entry Suspended
A case has been created but has not yet completed entry in Live Interviewing mode. This label is applied to a case that is in the process of being entered, or when entry was temporarily stopped by exiting the interviewing player before all available interview questions were keyed.
Entry Completed
All of the available interview questions have been entered in Live Interviewing mode. A case is automatically labeled as completed when the interviewing player is exited after finishing interview keying. Once completed, the case can be forwarded on as part of a data file for analysis.

Initial Entry Suspended
A case has been created but has not yet completed keying in Initial Entry mode. This label is applied to a case that is in the process of being keyed, or when data entry was temporarily stopped by exiting the Data Entry Player before all available interview questions were keyed in Initial Entry mode.
Initial Entry Completed
All of the available interview questions have been keyed in Initial Entry mode. A case is automatically labeled as completed when Data Entry Player is exited after finishing interview keying, or when you proceed directly to another case without exiting Data Entry Player. The case can be verified, if required, once completed in Initial Entry mode.
Partial Verification Suspended
A case has been started but has not yet completed keying in Partial Verification mode. This label is applied to a case that is in the process of being verified in Partial Verification mode, or when verification was temporarily stopped by exiting the Data Entry Player before all available interview questions were keyed in Partial Verification mode.
Partial Verification Completed
All of the available interview questions have been keyed in Partial Verification mode. A case is automatically labeled as completed when Data Entry Player is exited upon finishing the interview verification keying, or when you proceed directly to another case without exiting Data Entry Player. Once completed in Partial Verification, the case can be forwarded on as part of a data file for analysis. The case can also be subjected to additional verification (if required).
Full Verification Suspended
A case has been started but has not yet completed keying in Full Verification mode. This label is applied to a case that is in the process of being verified in Full Verification mode, or when verification was temporarily stopped by exiting the Data Entry Player before all available questions were keyed for an interview in Full Verification mode.
Full Verification Completed
All of the available interview questions have been keyed in Full Verification mode. A case is automatically labeled as completed when Data Entry Player is exited upon finishing the interview verification keying, or when you proceed directly to another case without exiting Data Entry Player. Once completed in Full Verification, the case can be forwarded on as part of a data file for analysis. The case can also be subjected to additional verification (if required).
