Opening all of the Looks in a Look group
1 In the Look Organizer, select the Look group whose Looks you want to open.
2 Click Open.
This opens all of the Looks (with the exception of any compound Looks) in the Look group in a new Word document. The name of each Look appears above the Look itself.
If you want to save changes to the Looks, you must save them individually using the Save Look command.
