Starting the UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Synchronization Console
Right-click the synchronization system tray icon, and then click Synchronization Status.
▪The synchronization tray icon automatically appears after installation. If it does not, select Programs > UNICOM Intelligence > UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer > UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Synchronization Console.
▪A message saying that the current configuration file is out of date is the result of a legacy configuration migration. Select the cluster to which synchronized projects will be assigned, and then click OK.
▪A synchronization in progress is cancelled automatically when an interview is started in UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Synchronization Console Console. The Synchronize Now item on the synchronization system tray menu is not available when an interview is in progress.
Exiting the UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Synchronization Console
Click the Windows close icon in the top right corner of the Interviewer Console window.
