My synchronization failed
If you have never synchronized before, there might be a problem with the configuration settings you are using. If your administrator provided you with a configuration file, verify the contents of that file with your administrator. If you entered the configuration settings yourself, start the Configuration Wizard and verify the settings are correct. For detailed instructions, see Configuration wizard.
If you have previously synchronized, the problem might be due to a faulty network connection or a temporary network outage. Alternatively, there could be a problem with the UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Remote Admin you are trying to synchronize with. If the problem persists, contact your administrator.
