Working with multiple languages
Interview script (.mdd) files can store texts in different languages. For example, your interview script might contain Spanish and Japanese translations of the question, “What is your name?”.
In UNICOM Intelligence Professional, you can use the MDM Label Manager to add languages to an interview script file. You can also use MDM Label Manager to remove languages. To start MDM Label Manager, open a .mdd file in UNICOM Intelligence Professional and then click Tools > Manage Languages and Labels. For more information about MDM Label Manager, see “Configuring Languages” in the UNICOM Intelligence Developer Documentation Library.
After you have added a language to your interview script, you can use the Translation Utility to translate the question texts.
You can also use the MDM Label Manager to add contexts to an interview script file, or remove contexts. For more information about contexts, see Working with multiple contexts.
