Setting alternatives for a language or context
1 Click Tools > Manage Languages and Contexts or press Alt+T, M, or choose the Manage Languages and Contexts button This graphic is described in the surrounding text.
2 Choose the Languages or Contexts tab as required.
3 If you are adding a new language or context, click Add button, and then select the language or context for which you want to set alternatives from the list, or enter a new context in the Custom context field.
4 If you are adding alternatives to an existing language or context, select the language or context in the list, and then click Edit.
The Available section of the dialog displays all the other languages or contexts in the file. If you have previously set alternatives, they appear in the Selected list.
5 Highlight a language or context in the Available list, and then click Add.
You can add multiple alternative languages or contexts and put them in order of preference using the Move up and Move down buttons.
6 Click OK.
