Project details
ID
The ID is generated from the name of your .mdd file. When the project is activated in UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin, this ID identifies the project. The list displays the IDs of any projects that have already been activated. To change the settings for a project that does not relate to the file you have open, select the project name from the list.
Name
The name is generated from the name of your .mdd file. When the project is activated in UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin, this is used as the project name. You can change the name if required.
Do not use space characters in the project names.
Description
Enter a description for the project.
Status after activation
The status that you want the project to have once it has been activated. Choose one of the following:
▪Active: The project is available for live interviewing.
▪Inactive: The project cannot be used for test or live interviewing.
▪Test: The project is available for testing, and any data that is collected will be flagged as test data.
Database server
The database server where the project database will be stored.
Project database
The name of the case data database. The default is to store each project’s data in a separate database with the same name as the project. However, if your site is configured to allow it, several projects can write case data to the same database.
If you have authority to create a new database for the project, the list contains the Create New Custom Database option. Click this option, and then enter a name for this database in the Custom box.
Activation notes
(Optional.) Background information about the project that you want to save in the project database for reference by other users.
Source files
The location of the source files for this project (that is, the name of the folder containing the .mdd file). Select Include sub-folders if the project’s folder contains localization subfolders that must be copied to the Shared and Master project folders along with the main project files.
Interview server project folder
The UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin folder into which the project will be activated:
▪Select an existing UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin folder.
▪Select the default <Top Level> setting. When selected, this option does not affect where the project will be activated.
▪Select <Create new folder>, and then enter an folder name. After activation, the specified folder name is created on the interview server, and the project is activated into this folder.
Latest Version Label
The version label to assign to the version of the questionnaire that will be created during activation.
