Converting existing responses to a shared list
If you have already created a question with a list of responses and you want to use the response list in another question, you can convert the responses in the original question to a shared list.
To convert a response list to a shared list
1 In the Routings pane or the Questions pane, select the question containing the list of responses.
2 In the Design pane, right-click the response list, and then click Convert All to Shared List.
The list of responses is converted to a shared list. The original question continues to use the shared list, and you can now attach the list to other questions.
To convert selected responses to a shared list
1 In the Routings pane or the Questions pane, select the question containing the list of responses.
2 In the Design pane, use Shift+click or Ctrl+click to select the responses that you want to include in the shared list.
3 Right-click the response list, and then click Convert Selected to Shared List.
The selected list of responses is converted to a shared list. The original question continues to use the shared list, and you can now attach the list to other questions.
