Selecting the entry mode

Before data can be entered, the entry mode must be selected in Interviewer Console. For more information, see Entry modes.

Initial Entry is the default entry mode.

Changing modes

To change the active entry mode in Interviewer Console, click View > Entry Mode, and then click a mode.

After selecting the entry mode, the next step is Starting a new case.
