Creating and saving specific batches to individual data files

1 Click File > Save Project Data, or press Alt+F, S.

2 In the Save Project Data window:

Select which batches and/or live interview data will be saved as project data.

Select Merge selected batches on save to export and save data from multiple data sets.

3 Click OK. The Browse for Folder dialog displays.

4 Select a folder in which to save the project data files, and then click OK.

The data files are saved to the selected directory. You can now open the files in IBM SPSS Statistics or other analysis tools.
