Batch Tracking Sheet
Batching is a feature that can only be used with a Data Entry project, or the Data Entry portion of a multi-modal project.
To assist with the handling of physical documents, you can print a sheet that identifies a batch by its name as well as other information. This sheet can be attached to the corresponding stack of documents that will be keyed throughout UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer’s data entry system.
The Batch Tracking Sheet can be printed when a batch is created. For more information, see Creating batches. It can also be printed from a batch Properties window. For more information, see Viewing batch properties.
The Batch Tracking Sheet includes:
project name
batch name
batch properties at the time of printing
notes entered from the launching window.
The sheet can be reprinted at a later time. When reprinted, the sheet includes updated batch-level information.
