I receive an “Access denied” message when attempting to synchronize projects
If you are synchronizing projects in an UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer Server clustered environment, the <anonymous user> must have Full Control of theSyncWebServiceV2 directory. This authority is assigned to the directory's default location during installation. If, during installation, you specify a non-defaultSyncWebServiceV2 directory path, you will need to manually grant the <anonymous user> Full Control of the directory.
To grant the <anonymous user> Full Control of theSyncWebServiceV2 directory:
1 On the Accessories server, navigate to the location you specified for theSyncWebServiceV2 directory.
2 Right-click the SyncWebServiceV2 directory and select Properties.
3 Click the Security tab.
4 If the <anonymous user> does not exist in the Group or user names section, click Add and add the <anonymous user> to the list of users.
5 Highlight the <anonymous user> and click Full Control in the Permissions for section.
6 Click OK on the Properties dialog.
