Right-click the synchronization system tray icon to start a synchronization, cancel a running synchronization, or open the UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Synchronization Console.

The synchronization system tray appears when a synchronization starts, completes successfully, or completes with errors. You can open the UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Synchronization Console by clicking Open Console.
