Logs tab
The Logs tab displays detailed synchronization log information, which is useful for troubleshooting purposes. You might need to access the Logs tab when working on an issue with an administrator or technical support personnel. Your administrator might ask you to copy information from the Logs tab into an email.
The Logs tab displays these log fields:
Date and Time
Level
Project
Description
File
To change the sort order, click a column heading, or select a sort order from the Sort by menu.
Use the Show menu to filter the list of displayed logs:
All logs displays all logs.
Errors displays only logs that contain errors and/or warnings.
Recent Logs displays only logs generated since the last successful synchronization.
