You might find it easier to edit complex quotas in Microsoft Excel: you can set up the quota structure in the Quotas tool; export the structure to Excel; fill in Targets; and then import the structure back to the Quotas tool.

You can also use the export and import feature to copy a quota structure and targets to other projects.

Click File > Export Quota, and then click Targets Only or All.

When exporting from the desktop Quota tool, the All option exports the Types (Normal, OverQuota, or Counter) and the Targets.

Information for all quota matrices in the file are exported.

Change the targets or types in Excel, and then import the updated file to update the Targets and Types.
