UNICOM Intelligence Quota Setup needs a questionnaire definition (.mdd) file in order to run. This tells it which questions are available and what responses each question allows. If the questionnaire has been created using UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin activities, you must download the .mdd file from the UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin project folder to your computer. You can do this from UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin using the Files activity.
