Changing the category order in a variable
You can change the order of the categories in a variable, so that they appear in a different order in tables.
To change the category order
1 In the Variables pane, select the variable that you want to change.
2 Click Variables > Edit Variable.
This opens the Edit Variable window and displays a list of all the categories in the variable.
3 Click a category, and then click the Move Up or Move Down buttons to move it to the required position.
4 Choose Save and Close from the toolbar.
