National language support
Translation Utility allows you to work with a variety of languages, without having to change the system language.
For example, on an English-language based Windows system, you can view and edit Japanese by completing the following steps:
1 From the Windows Start menu, click Settings > Control Panel > Regional Options.
2 Select Japanese in Language Settings, and then set Japanese as the Default Language.
3 Restart the computer.
4 Start Translation Utility, and then open an .mdd file.
5 In the Tools menu, use Add/Remove Languages to Include Japanese.
6 Select the new Japanese column.
7 Click Edit > Fonts > Current Language.
8 Select MS Mincho (sometimes displayed as Japanese) as the Font.
9 Select Japanese as the Script, and then click OK.
