Why are the keyboard shortcuts not working in when the application is run in a Citrix environment?
When running the application in a Citrix environment, the keyboard shortcuts/hot keys that are defined for the application might conflict with the default Citrix keyboard shortcuts. You can resolve the conflict by changing the conflicting Citrix keyboard shortcuts/hot keys. Refer to the following Citrix Knowledge Center article for more information:

Why does the application not run in a Citrix environment when I set the Use Built-in Browser setting to “False”?
This is a known limitation when running in a Citrix environment. You can successfully run the application when the Use Built-in Browser option is set to True.
Why does Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.x not work as an external browser when testing interviews?
In order to use Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.x as the external browser, you need to add http://localhost to the list of Internet Explorer trusted sites.
Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites
