Installation Guides > Installing Server > Maintenance tasks > Adding a new interviewing server to an existing cluster > Primary server Modify option

Primary server Modify option
This option requires the primary server to be restarted. Use the Manually update files on the primary server option if you do not want to disrupt active services and interviews.
1 Go through the pre-installation checklist for the new server.
2 On the primary server, open the Windows Control Panel, and then go to Add or Remove Programs > UNICOM Intelligence > Change/Remove.
The Installation Wizard opens.
3 Select the Modify option, and then enter the new server attributes. For more information, see Modifying an installation.
4 After the installation is complete, restart the primary server.
5 On the new server, go to the primary server's mrInterviewSiteInstallation directory, and then run the installation program from there.
The primary server's mrInterviewSiteInstallation directory must be configured for sharing.
The services and utilities to be installed should be already selected (based on the information that is in the DataCollectionSitePrep.ini file). If they are not selected, cancel the installation; copy the DataCollectionSitePrep.ini file next to the "UNICOM Intelligence Server <version_number> (x64).exe" in the UNICOMIntelligence\win64\Server folder; and then run the installation program again.
6 After the installation is complete, reboot the new server.
