Checking that IIS is running
Microsoft IIS must be running on all computers that host the Web, Interview, and the Accessories Service. IIS is not required on computers that host only the Interview Service.
In Internet Explorer, type:
http://computer_name
where computer_name is the name of your local computer.
If “Cannot find server or DNS Error” appears, IIS is not running.
