Change the Interview Engine load balancing algorithm used to distribute interviews to the Interview Service computers: see Changing the interview engine load balancing algorithm.
If you are using SQL Server and a named instance, control the servers available to the Participants and Activate activities: see Naming servers available to the Participants and Activate activities.
If you are upgrading from a previous version of UNICOM Intelligence Server, and you want to query your old log files (from the Manage Logs activity for example), copy the old logs from the previous version's log directory to the new UNICOM Intelligence Server log location (by default, [INSTALL_FOLDER]\IBM\SPSS\DataCollection\7\Interviewer Server Administration\ Logs).
Add a shortcut icon file (favicon.ico) to the root of the website. Modern web browsers request a shortcut icon each time a page is viewed. When the file is missing, HTTP 404 errors can occur. For more information, see the Microsoft article, “How to add a shortcut icon to a web page”:
