I installed a new application version and get errors when I try to select items from the menus in UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin
When you run applications from your browser, the browser maintains temporary files that help it to keep track of what you have done and to run the application efficiently. Sometimes, when you run a different version of an application, the browser tries to reuse the information in the temporary files. If this no longer matches the way the application works, errors occur. You can solve this problem by deleting the temporary files.
1 Open your browser, and then select Tools > Internet Options.
2 In Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Files.
