Computers in the cluster can ping one another successfully but cannot see FMRoot
The standard test for ensuring that all computers in a cluster can communicate with one another is to try pinging each computer from every other computer in the cluster. If your site has increased its security by switching off Client for Microsoft Networks, then even though computers can ping one another, they might not be able to access FMRoot on the primary DPM server. To resolve this problem, switch on Client for Microsoft Networks on the computers on which UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin and UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer Server are installed.
