Users who log in with Windows user names cannot activate projects
If you have installed UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer Server on a domain and have customized it so that projects are activated using Windows login information rather than the UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin File Management component, you might find that Active Directory users are unable to activate projects. These users will usually see the message “Access is denied”.
You can resolve this problem by modifying the active directory settings for those users. Open each user's account and, on the Security tab, add Read permission for Authenticated Users.
