My site uses Microsoft ISA. Are there any changes I must make to run UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin?
If you have Microsoft Internet and Security Acceleration (ISA) installed, you might encounter problems if your site has computers that have different names or IP addresses depending on whether they are being accessed via an intranet or via the Internet. Typically, if a user runs UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin from the Internet and starts an activity, UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin will fail when the user ends the activity. This is because it tries to return the user to UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin using the server's intranet name or IP address rather than the Internet name or IP address that the user originally used. To avoid this problem, complete the following steps:
1 Open ISA, and then click the Action tab.
2 Select Send the original host header to the publishing server instead of the actual one, and then click OK.
