I'm having problems logging into UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin or installing/running UNICOM Intelligence Server Desktop Edition or UNICOM Intelligence Author Server Edition
The following issues can result in problems logging into UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin or installing/running UNICOM Intelligence Server Desktop Edition or UNICOM Intelligence Author Server Edition Server:
▪The Internet Explorer security settings can adversely affect access to UNICOM Intelligence Server Desktop Edition and UNICOM Intelligence Author Server Edition. It is recommended that you configure Internet Explorer for Medium security (Tools > Internet Options > Security tab > Security level for this zone).
“High” prevents all users from logging into UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin, thus preventing access to UNICOM Intelligence Server Desktop Edition and UNICOM Intelligence Author Server Edition.
“Medium-high” allows users to login to UNICOM Intelligence Interviewer - Server Admin, but prevents most users from starting UNICOM Intelligence Server Desktop Edition and UNICOM Intelligence Author Server Edition.
▪Users who belong to only the Windows Guests account are not able to install or run UNICOM Intelligence Server Desktop Edition and UNICOM Intelligence Author Server Edition.
